Humanizing technology through motion.
A challenge with selling employee engagement technology is that the value can often feel abstract. I created a video series designed to bridge that gap, showing not just what the platform does, but how it becomes part of an employee’s everyday experience.
Through the lens of a Southwest flight attendant and their manager, the series brought recognition, rewards and engagement moments to life through realistic workplace scenarios. Custom UX/UI animations demonstrated the platform experience, while AI-generated people videos and authentic Southwest footage created a human-centered narrative.
The result was a dynamic sales tool that blended product storytelling, motion design and brand storytelling to help prospective clients visualize the impact of meaningful employee engagement.
