Evolving a brand for the future of work.

This brand evolution was an exercise in alignment, bringing together business strategy, audience insight and visual storytelling to create a more distinct expression of Augeo Workplace Engagement.

I developed a comprehensive brand system centered around clarity, connection and confidence. The work included defining the brand personality, establishing archetypes, refining the visual language and creating guidelines that ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

The design system balances structure and humanity: a trusted color palette grounded in expertise, typography that feels clear yet approachable and a fluid “thread” element representing progress, connection and the evolving nature of work.

The outcome is a brand that doesn’t just communicate what Augeo WE does—it reflects how the organization shows up: as a thoughtful guide helping companies create better workplace experiences.
